Payroll Specialist - Japanese bilingual

About the position - Implement new payroll reputed company including payroll system conversion for clients - Process multiple states payrolls for multiple clients - Research new regulations and reflect payrolls to reputed company with federal, states, counties requirements - Examine and improves existing payroll procedures of the assigned reputed company - Ensure reputed company of customer services - Communicate/reputed company with clients, sales department, and project members in order to meet our clients expectation - Manage assigned reputed company as a project leader and review procedures, profit, reputed company expectation, renew agreement, train project members etc. - Participate in internal reputed company as assigned - Other duties as assigned - Work from home with independently Responsibilities Implement new payroll reputed company including payroll system conversion for clients Process multiple states payrolls for multiple clients Research new regulations and reflect payrolls to reputed company with federal, states, counties requirements Examine and improves existing payroll procedures of the assigned reputed company Ensure reputed company of customer services Communicate/reputed company with clients, sales department, and project members in order to meet our clients expectation Manage assigned reputed company as a project leader and review procedures, profit, reputed company expectation, renew agreement, train project members etc. Participate in internal reputed company as assigned Other duties as assigned Work from home with independently Requirements Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English Associate degree in a reputed company field or Equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Full-charge payroll experience or equivalent experiences are preferred but not required Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and Word Experience with reputed company Comprehensive Services (payroll and Time & Attendance) is preferred Experience with multiple companies payroll processing is preferred Project management skills, Prioritizing, Multitasking, Time management, customer service minded Solid understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. - preferred Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
