Your skills and experience Bachelor's / Master's Degree in ECE / EEE /Computer Science / IT or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent with expertise in Extensive QA & Automation10+ years of professional experience (including technical SKILLS) in in Quality Assurance, with at least6+ years specifically focused on test automation.Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering leadership / management role with people management for medium to large projects and teamsExperience in software management through at least 2+ complete product life-cyclesExperience in delivering high quality software outputs with comprehensive understanding of Agile software development principlesProficient in at least one object-oriented programming language, such asJava, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.UI Automation, In-depth, hands-on experience withSelenium WebDriverfor automating web application UIs.BDD Frameworks:Extensive practical experience implementing and utilizingCucumberfor Behavior-Driven Development.Proven ability to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks.Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, Postman/Newman, Karate, HTTPClient libraries) is requiredbased on project assignments.Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Solid understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries for data validation is requiredbased on project assignments.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g.,Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM Octane).Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.Excellent analytical .
