Key Responsibilities - Process cashless and reimbursement insurance claims. - Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, corporate clients, and hospital units. - Verify policy coverage, eligibility, approvals, and documentation. - Handle pre-authorizations, claim submissions, follow-ups, and query resolution. - Coordinate with billing and clinical teams for timely claim processing. - Monitor pending claims and ensure timely settlements. - Maintain insurance records and MIS reports. - Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and hospital policies. Eligibility - Any Graduate. - 1-3 years of experience in Insurance, TPA, Claims Processing, Medical Insurance, or Healthcare Operations. - Experience in hospital insurance processes is preferred. Compensation: Up to 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
