Job Overview We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications. The role involves defining AI technology roadmaps, developing scalable AI architectures, building production-ready AI systems, leading AI modernization initiatives, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications. Define AI technology roadmaps, implementation strategies, and scalable solution architectures. Drive development of production-ready AI systems with focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance. Build and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions. Develop and optimize LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration workflows. Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Review code, AI models, and system designs to ensure high-quality technical delivery and adherence to best practices. Lead AI platform modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI practices, explainability standards, and governance requirements. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions. Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers through technical leadership. Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and innovation discussions. Participate in hiring, technical evaluations, and team development activities. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms. Contribute to AI transformation initiatives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and strategic innovation programs. .
