Spanish Specialist (Order-to-cash)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spanish Specialist - Order to Cash (OTC) to support end-to-end OTC processes for Spanish-speaking customers. The role involves managing customer accounts, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and order management while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with business policies. Key Responsibilities Order Management Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely. Review orders for completeness and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Accounts Receivable & Collections Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances. Perform collections activities through calls and emails in Spanish and English. Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment-related issues. Reduce aging and improve collection performance. Cash Application Apply customer payments accurately to accounts. Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accounting records. Dispute Management Identify, investigate, and resolve billing and payment disputes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper documentation of disputes and resolutions. Customer Service Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers. Respond to queries regarding invoices, payments, credit notes, and account status. Build strong customer relationships while maintaining service-level agreements. Reporting & Compliance Prepare OTC reports and dashboards. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and compliance requirements. Support audits and process improvement initiatives. .
