Position Overview As a Transaction Analyst for the Australian Process, you will play a vital role in managing critical orders, interacting with customers and clients, and ensuring smooth documentation and reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities - Order Management: Handle critical orders daily through calls, fax, and emails from customers. - Customer Interaction: Engage with end customers and clients to address their needs and resolve issues. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting. Requirements - Experience: 0 to 1 year, with excellent command over English (both verbal and written). - Education: Graduate in any discipline (candidates awaiting results may also apply, preferably BA, BSc, B.Com, and BBA). - Skills: Computer efficiency is mandatory; customer service orientation and teamwork. - Availability: Open to working in early morning shifts (Australian Process). - Additional Skills: Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
