Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer (2 Openings Senior & Mid-Level) Location: Remote Industry: Utilities Infrastructure Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Full Stack .NET Developers to support a high-impact initiative focused on ERP and payroll system integrations and modernizing legacy applications. This role involves a balanced mix of backend API development and frontend Angular work, helping to deliver mission-critical solutions used in field service operations. You will play a key role in building scalable APIs for system integrations, addressing technical debt, and contributing to a re-platforming effort from legacy desktop applications to modern web-based Angular applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team-oriented team and make a direct impact on a major system go-live. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate payroll and ERP systems Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular as part of modernization efforts Refactor and replatform legacy desktop applications into scalable web-based solutions Develop, test, monitor, and troubleshoot mission-critical software supporting field operations (timesheets, work orders, billing) Write optimized SQL queries and manage data access using Entity Framework Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Payroll, and Technology Support production systems, including diagnosing outages and communicating resolution updates Work with third-party vendors on system integrations, requirements, and testing Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices to support continuous delivery Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 410+ years of experience with C# and .NET technologies (level dependent) 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (modern versions preferred) 4+ years of experience designing and building REST APIs Strong experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries Experience with Entity Framework for data access Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin (cross-platform/mobile development) Experience with Azure Dev Ops or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Exposure to ERP, payroll, billing, or financial systems Experience with application modernization or replatforming initiatives Best-In-Class-Benefits We are in the people business; treating people right is our ONLY priority.
