Job Role: Talent Acquisition Executive Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate databases, and ensuring timely hiring for open positions.The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements for vacant positions.Discuss job roles, skills, experience, and candidate requirements with stakeholders.Ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Search and source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, and professional networks.Browse portfolio websites and candidate profiles to identify suitable talent.Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidates for critical roles.Collect and maintain candidate information for future hiring needs. Job Posting & Candidate Engagement Advertise open positions on various job portals and external platforms.Send job offers and recruitment emails to selected candidates.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Stay connected with previous candidates for future opportunities. Recruitment Strategy & Research Research and recommend new sourcing techniques, tools, and recruitment methods.Organize career events and participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates.Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Track recruitment metrics such as:Time-to-fillSource-of-hireHiring progressMaintain candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or organized databases.Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management. Compensation & Market Analysis Conduct benchmark analysis of compensation and benefits for different roles.Compare salary trends based on position, experience level, and market standards.Support hiring decisions with relevant market insights. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.Ability to use job portals and resume databases.Experience with Boolean search techniques.Good organizational and time management skills.Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
