Role Overview We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter & Outreach Intern to join our remote team and support our end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to fresh graduates or final-year students with an interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations. You will work directly with our recruitment team, handling candidate screening calls, outreaching prospects, maintaining applicant records, and supporting hiring coordination across active roles. Duration: 3 months Stipend: 1,000 per month Work arrangement: Fully remote Job type: Internship (Part-Time) Location: Bengaluru, India Performance-based opportunity: Interns who demonstrate strong performance during the 3-month period will be considered for a full-time HR Recruiter role at Uptrail. What You Will Do Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess communication skills, availability, and basic role fit Maintain and update the applicant tracker with accurate candidate information and screening outcomes Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team Send timely communications to candidates regarding application status and next steps Support the team in posting and monitoring job advertisements across platforms Assist with shortlisting candidates based on role requirements shared by the hiring team Maintain organised records of all recruitment activity using Excel or Google Sheets Support general HR operations and coordination tasks as required Who We Are Looking For Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field No prior work experience required fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Confident and professional verbal communication skills in English Comfortable conducting calls and interacting with candidates from diverse backgrounds Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment at a growing international startup Practical exposure to candidate screening, interview coordination, and applicant tracking Experience working with modern remote-work and HR tools Certificate of completion and reference letter upon successful completion Performance-based opportunity to join Uptrail full-time as an HR Recruiter Equal Opportunity Uptrail is committed to building an inclusive team.
