Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruitment Specialist Location: Dhanbad Experience Level: Senior / Executive (2+ years in pure hiring/recruitment) Job Overview We are seeking a mature, result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruitment Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of full-cycle recruiting and mandate fulfillment. The ideal candidate must possess deep domain understanding to grasp the finer technical and operational details of diverse roles, manage external consultancies effectively, and close hiring targets within strict timeframes. Note: This is a 100% core recruitment role. Post-hiring HR functions (onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance) are handled entirely by dedicated HR operational teams. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Mandate Fulfillment & Timeline Management Take complete ownership of open mandates and deliver quality hires within stipulated timelines. Develop tailored sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, headhunting and agency leverage ) for position. Maintain a tight recruitment pipeline and track key metrics: Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire. 2. Role Understanding & Screening Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand the finer nuances, technical requirements, and core competencies of every open role. Screen, sort, and shortlist CVs meticulously to ensure high alignment before setting up interviews. Conduct thorough preliminary phone/video interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, notice period, and cultural alignment. 3. Interview Coordination & Delivery Schedule and align interviews across multiple stages between candidates an d internal hiring panels. Follow up aggressively with internal stakeholders to gather interview feedback promptly, preventing candidate drop-offs. Manage candidate communications, offer negotiations, and pre-joining 4. Vendor & Consultancy Management Identify, onboard, and manage external recruitment consultancies and placement agencies. Brief consultancies on complex role requirements to ensure high-quality profile submissions. Track consultancy performance, mandate allocation, SLA adherence, and fee structures. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Mandate Closure Rate: Percentage of open positions closed within the stipulated target deadline. First-Pass Yield: Ratio of candidates submitted to the hiring manager vs. candidates selected Agency Output: Quality and turnaround time of candidates sourced via external consultancies. Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of extended offers accepted by candidates. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment Skills: Exceptional sourcing abilities across job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and professional networks. Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert candidates within target budgets. Excellent agency management skills with a strong network of external recruitment partners. High business acumen ability to decode complex role descriptions and identify non-negotiable candidate traits quickly.
