A Loan Appraisal Credit Manager is primarily responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants and assessing their financial viability to minimize lending risks for a financial institution. They analyze financial documents, verify backgrounds, and determine whether to approve, modify, or decline loan requests based on internal policies Key Responsibilities - Prepare Project Reports, Cash Flow Statements and Projected Balance Sheets. - Prepare and analyse CMA Data. - Conduct Financial Ratio Analysis. - Coordinate with clients, bankers, valuers and lawyers. - Finalise project reports for bank sanctions. - Manage post-sanction documentation and loan disbursement. - Guide clients on bookkeeping and compliance requirements.
