HCC Medical Coder Apixio Project (Work From Home) Location: Remote (Work From Home) Company: Cyptrix RCM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 18,000 40,000 per month (Based on Production & Accuracy) About the Role Cyptrix RCM is looking for experienced HCC Medical Coders with hands-on experience in Apixio projects. If you have a solid understanding of Risk Adjustment coding and an active coding certification, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Review and code medical records accurately using ICD-10-CM/HCC guidelines. Perform coding for Apixio projects while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and client-specific coding requirements. Meet daily production and accuracy targets. Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience working on an Apixio HCC project. Active CPC or CCS certification (Mandatory). Positive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCC/Risk Adjustment coding. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop. Preferred Candidates located in Hyderabad will be given preference.
