Job Description: Key responsibilities include: Team Leader-Tele Calling is responsible for ensuring that Tele-calling(Tele-sales) Staff have the knowledge and skills to answer donor's questions, requests for support or problems quickly and effectively. The Team Leader-Tele Calling has additional responsibility for meeting sales and profitability targets. Identifying and monitoring training needs in the organization and designing, researching, planning, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs. Leading, training, and coaching a team of inside telesales associates towards achieving monthly targets. Listening to agents calls and providing feedback. Driving business growth in ethical and conventional ways, setting and tracking targets for your team, and inspiring them to achieve targets. Utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques, using a variety of training delivery modalities in a training setting. Taking a data and target-driven approach to ensure top performance of the team. Conducting daily meetings with the team to understand concerns and identify problems and drive solutions. Preparing, researching, and presenting training materials through research learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities. Participating and contributing to a continuous learning culture by conducting training and learning sessions internally. Maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures for training programs. Identify gaps, provide feedback, call calibration and refresher sessions to agents and create audit reports. Handle the CRM and prepare and submit performance reports to management. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: Excellent English communication skills. Team handling experience required. Set clear team goals. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of the real-estate industry if not any Industry would do. Versatile approach, go-getter, and self-starter. Able to handle pressure and ensure timely delivery. Graduation degree. Experience: Total 5 years (minimum 2 years in team leading and training). .
