The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in corporate governance, paralegal work, or governance roles in corporate or nonprofit settings. Key Responsibilities Support corporate governance activities for Boards of Directors and committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating with presenters, preparing meeting materials, drafting resolutions, and drafting meeting minutes. Manage meeting day logistics and maintain organized records. Use the reputed company reputed company Portal platform to support preparation and distribution of meeting materials. Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Required Strong attention to detail and the ability to skillfully manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and reputed company stakeholders. Highly organized with proven timemanagement skills.
