Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Specialist Location : India (Mohali, Kochi, Vadodara) Job Summar yWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Specialist to provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, and related modules. The role is responsible for day-to-day application support, system enhancements, change management, implementation, and ensuring optimal system performance while meeting business and service level requirements . Key Responsibiliti esProvide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-production support.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud and collaborate closely with the ERP support team.Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.Conduct functional and technical design workshops with business stakeholders.Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements and document system configurations.Identify functional gaps and recommend or develop appropriate solutions and extensions.Develop and support Fusion Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and business reporting requirements.Advise business users on system capabilities, risks, process improvements, and solution impacts.Prepare and support functional testing, validation scripts, UAT, and third-party system integrations.Coordinate with technical teams for the development of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and integrations (RICEW).Monitor and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through Oracle Support and follow up on issue resolution.Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk Plus, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.Support change management activities, system upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to management and business stakeholders.Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management processes, and service delivery standard s. Required Skills & Qualificati onsEducat ionBachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Certification is preferred.Experie nce1215 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or lead role.Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.Hands-on experience in 23 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementations, from planning through go-live.Experience in implementation, upgrades, support, and enhancements of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Customer/client-side implementation experience is preferred.Functional Expert iseHands-on experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modul es:Oracle HCM Core HROracle PayrollGoal ManagementPerformance ManagementOracle Time & Labor (OTL)Oracle Learning ManagementOracle Talent Acquisition / Talent OnboardingTechnical Ski llsOracle HCM Cloud Fusion Release 13 (R13) or higher.Oracle Fusion Extracts.BI Publisher Reporting.Oracle EBS experience.Configuration and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Experience with integrations and RICEW components.Strong knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, and Recruitment process es.
