Tour Packages Briefing: Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing. Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.2. Ticket Bookings: Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements. Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.3. Booking Confirmation: Coordinate with vendors and clients to confirm all travel arrangements. Share itineraries and accommodation details with clients.4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling: Handle cancellations, refunds, and reschedules as per company policy. Ensure smooth coordination with service providers and clients.5. Customer Support: Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications.
