Monitor complaint resolution and ensure timely closure of service requests. Maintain accurate customer records and service history. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts and service support. Maintain service documentation and ensure proper data entry.
