Key Responsibilities Acquire new retail clients through calling, referrals, digital leads, field visits, and self-generated business. Convert qualified leads into active Demat & Trading account holders. Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity. Promote Equity, F&O, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other investment products. Explain trading platforms, account opening process, and investment solutions to clients. Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on customer requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to improve retention. Follow up with inactive clients and reactivate dormant trading accounts. Coordinate with KYC and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve monthly acquisition, activation, and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. Stay updated with stock market trends, SEBI regulations, and company products. Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
