Note : We are looking for immediate joiners Job Summary We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.Maintain consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines.Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles and industry best practices.Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.Ensure responsive and accessible designs across multiple devices and platforms.Required Skills Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Good understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles and usability standards.Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.Strong visual design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile environment.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.25 years of experience in UI/UX design.Experience designing both web and mobile applications.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles is preferred.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
