Job Title: Workday PATT Consultant (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking) Experience: 412 Years Location: Gurugram / Hybrid We are looking for a Workday PATT Consultant with 312 years of IT experience and robust hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) modules. Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT). Robust experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and production support. Experience configuring Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Security, and Reports. Experience with Payroll processing, Absence Plans, Leave Accruals, and Time Tracking rules. Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Integrations is preferred. Experience in UAT, client interaction, troubleshooting, and Workday release support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Workday Certification in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking and experience with at least one end-to-end Workday implementation. .
