Position Details: Mobile Application Developer (Native Android & iOS) Experience: 3 to 5 Years What You Will Do: Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Native Android and iOS applications. Feature Development: Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across mobile platforms. UI/UX Implementation: Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces following platform-specific guidelines. API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services into mobile applications. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, memory usage, and battery efficiency. Testing & Debugging: Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and ensure application stability and reliability. Release Management: Support application deployment, testing, and release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, code standards, and development best practices. What You Will Bring: Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Native Mobile Application Development. iOS Expertise: Strong experience with Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, iOS SDK, and Xcode. Android Expertise: Strong experience with Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and Android Studio. Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, and mobile design patterns. Mobile Fundamentals: Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and local storage mechanisms. API Integration: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party libraries. Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Problem Solving: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile development environments. What Will Make You Stand Out: Reactive Programming: Experience with Combine, RxSwift, Kotlin Coroutines, or Flow. Modern UI Development: Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. App Store Experience: Experience publishing and maintaining applications on App Store and Google Play Store. Mobile Security: Understanding of authentication, secure storage, and mobile security best practices. CI/CD Exposure: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Performance Engineering: Experience optimizing application performance and user experience. Technical Skills and Qualification: Key Skills: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, iOS SDK, Xcode, Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack Components, MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, REST APIs, Core Data, SQLite, Room Database, GCD, Coroutines, Git, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Mobile Security, Agile/Scrum.
