Designation : Chief Manager - Application (AI Product Manager Enterprise AI & Intelligent Automation) Location: MBP Mahape Experience : 13 to 16 years We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the identification, design, prioritization, and delivery of AI-powered business solutions across the enterprise. Role Overview The AI Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of AI products across business functions. This role bridges business stakeholders, AI engineering teams, data scientists, and technology partners to ensure AI initiatives solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise digital transformation. Key Responsibilities AI Product Strategy Develop and own the enterprise AI product roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and risk management.Build a pipeline of AI use cases across lending, servicing, collections, marketing, operations, and employee productivity.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, complexity, and ROI.Define AI product vision, objectives, and success criteria.Business Engagement & Use Case Discovery Partner with Business Heads, Operations, Sales, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, and IT teams to understand business challenges.Conduct AI ideation workshops and design thinking sessions.Translate business requirements into AI product opportunities.Evaluate business processes to identify automation and intelligence opportunities.Create business cases and obtain stakeholder buy-in for AI initiatives.Product Ownership Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.Develop detailed product roadmaps, feature backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with AI engineering, data science, architecture, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery.Define MVPs and phased release plans.Monitor product adoption and continuously enhance AI capabilities based on business feedback.AI Use Case Portfolio Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions such as: Customer Experience AI Customer Service AssistantConversational AIIntelligent ChatbotsVoice BotsCustomer Sentiment AnalysisNext Best Action Recommendations Sales & Marketing AI Sales AssistantLead ScoringPersonalized MarketingCross-sell & Upsell RecommendationsCampaign OptimizationCustomer Segmentation Lending AI Loan Eligibility AssistantIntelligent Underwriting SupportDocument IntelligenceCredit Decision SupportAutomated Loan ProcessingCollections AI Collection Strategy OptimizationPredictive Delinquency ModelsCustomer Contact PrioritizationCollection Agent CopilotRisk & Compliance Fraud DetectionRisk ScoringRegulatory MonitoringAnomaly DetectionEmployee Productivity Enterprise Knowledge AssistantHR AI AssistantAI CopilotPolicy SearchIntelligent Document SearchStakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams.Manage expectations, priorities, and project timelines.Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees.Drive organizational change management and user adoption.Present AI product roadmaps and progress to senior leadership.Product Analytics & Performance Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.Measure adoption, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, and business impact.Analyze user feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvements.Track ROI and report outcomes to executive leadership.Collaboration Work closely with: AI Technical LeadAI Solution ArchitectData ScientistsML EngineersGenAI EngineersMLOps TeamEnterprise ArchitectureInformation SecurityComplianceProduct & Business TeamsExternal AI PartnersEducational Qualifications Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Preferred * MBA from a reputed institution. * Certification in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking. * AI or Machine Learning certifications are an added advantage. Experience 812 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting.Minimum 3 years of experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.Proven experience delivering enterprise digital products from concept to production.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech is highly preferred. .
