Technical Writer (C2H) Location: C.V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office 34 Days/Week) Experience: 4+ Years Salary: Up to 1,20,000/month Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with strong expertise in API Documentation and a background in Networking or Network Security. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain an organizational knowledge base. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain API documentation, user guides, release notes, and technical manuals. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders. Capture and document information from Scrum meetings and technical discussions. Develop templates and documentation standards for internal and external users. Maintain and enhance the organizational Knowledge Base. Track documentation metrics and improve content quality and usability. Define and implement documentation workflows and knowledge management strategies. Required Skills 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer. Strong hands-on experience in API Documentation (Mandatory). Experience in Networking or Network Security domain (Preferred). Excellent technical writing, communication, and documentation skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Compensation & Work Model Location: C.V.
