The Role : Product Designer - App Team Delhi, In-office Mid-level 35 years You'll bridge the gap between human emotion and digital functionality. That means you're not just maintaining a design system - you're creating interactive experiences that make people feel something when they open the app. You'll work directly with product and engineering. No design manager above you. Your taste, your calls. Youre Good At Translating user behaviour into UI that feels inevitable, not designed Building and owning design systems, not just using them High-fidelity output that engineers can actually ship without a follow-up call Figma at a depth that would embarrass most people - variables, components, prototyping Designing for mobile first, and knowing when to break the rules Youve Probably : Shipped on a consumer app people actually use - OTT, social, gaming, content Built or significantly contributed to a component library Worked somewhere that moved fast and figured things out as they went You Dont Need To Be : A motion designer.
