As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to assess earnings quality and financial health. Analyze financial statements and models to identify key trends and potential risks. Manage deal processes and collaborate with clients to provide insights and recommendations. Utilize analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and inform decisionmaking. Apply financial review techniques to validate data accuracy and integrity. What You Must Have At least a Bachelors degree. At least 2 years of experience. Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant license, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
