Role & responsibilities Required Skills Strong knowledge of HCC Coding. Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines. Understanding of CMS Risk Adjustment and Medicare Advantage programs. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Certification such as CPC, CRC, CCS, COC or Any other certification in Medical coding. Experience in HCC coding .
