Job Title: Business Analyst - Reference Data Management | BFSI | Jaipur Job Location: Jaipur Experience: 6-8 Years Employment Type: Contract (12 Months) Work Mode: Work From Office (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Working) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (15-30 Days Preferred) Job Description We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a leading BFSI engagement in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reference Data Management, Data Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Stakeholder Management. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements related to reference data creation, enrichment, maintenance, and governance. Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes affecting reference data. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support data stewardship activities, including data validation, exception handling, and periodic reviews. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and internal data governance policies. Monitor data quality metrics and drive remediation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Operations, Technology, and Data Governance teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Support process improvement and data quality enhancement initiatives. Required Skills Business Analysis Reference Data Management Data Governance Data Quality Management Stakeholder Management Regulatory Compliance (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS) Requirement Gathering User Stories & Functional Specifications SQL MS Excel Agile Methodology Waterfall Methodology Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Mandatory Requirements 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience. Hands-on experience in Reference Data Management and Data Governance. Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory requirements. Proficiency in SQL and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
