About Us We are an early-stage, rapid-growing B2B SaaS company building a platform specifically designed for the manufacturing sector. Our technology solves critical operational pain points for electrical manufacturers and industrial distributors. As we prepare to scale, we are looking for a highly driven outbound sales skilled to help us build our pipeline. The Role We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who understands the nuances of selling software to the traditional manufacturing industry. Your primary objective will be top-of-funnel lead generation: identifying key decision-makers, executing outbound outreach, and booking highly qualified product demos for our closing team. You will not be responsible for closing deals, but you will be the tip of the spear for our revenue engine. Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Build targeted lists of decision-makers within the electrical manufacturing and broader industrial sectors. Outbound Outreach: Execute a multi-touch cadence using cold calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure introductory meetings. Qualifying: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and ensure they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) before passing them to a closer. Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all activities, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks in the CRM. Feedback Loop: Provide on-the-ground feedback to the product and founding team regarding market objections and messaging effectiveness. Required Qualifications SaaS Experience: Proven track record in a B2B SaaS / Software SDR or BDR role. You must understand how to sell the ROI of software, not just physical parts or hourly services. Process-Driven: Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated history of strict CRM hygiene. You do not let leads fall through the cracks. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to get past gatekeepers and engage executive decision-makers. Self-Starter: Ability to operate independently in a remote setting without being micromanaged. .

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
