Key Responsibilities: Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims. Verify claim status and payment information. Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related issues. Coordinate with provider offices whenever required. Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system. Meet productivity and quality targets. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies. Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply) Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
