At Wyzard.ai, we are building The Signal-to-Revenue AI helping GTM teams turn buyer intent into pipeline through AI-powered engagement across email, LinkedIn, chat, and voice. We are looking for a high-energy SDR who can take ownership of pipeline generation, prospecting, outreach, qualification, and relationship building independently. This is not a task-based SDR role we want someone who thinks like a future Account Executive and has the hunger to grow into a full-cycle closing role within the next 6 months. What Youll Do Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation activities Identify and engage decisionmakers across Founders, CROs, CMOs, VP Sales, Revenue Ops, and GTM teams Run cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and strategic sequences Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities Manage follow-ups, nurture conversations, and maintain pipeline hygiene Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity tracking Work closely with founders and Account Executives on GTM execution Learn and evolve into a full-cycle closing role over time What Were Looking For 13 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales roles Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach skills High ownership, accountability, and execution mindset Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities Track record of achieving or exceeding targets Comfortable working in fastmoving startup environments Hunger to learn, grow, and transition into an Account Executive role Experience in SaaS, AI, Martech, SalesTech, or B2B tech sales is preferred Why Join Wyzard Work directly with founders and GTM leadership Highgrowth environment with fast learning opportunities Clear path to become a fullcycle Account Executive Exposure to AInative GTM and enterprise sales workflows Opportunity to build outbound sales in a categorydefining AI company .
