Job Description: Support the planning, coordination, launch, and follow-up of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, partnerships, and paid media channels. Assist in organizing campaign assets, timelines, audiences, messages, and performance tracking. Monitor marketing-generated leads, campaign sources, form submissions, landing page performance, and lead quality. Support CRM updates, lead tracking, segmentation, and coordination with Sales to improve visibility into the marketing-to-sales funnel. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and business results. Manage relations with partner associations. Prepare recurring marketing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries focused on campaign results, lead generation, digital performance, social media, website activity, budget usage, and key marketing KPIs. Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, customer segments, digital channels, pricing benchmarks, and market opportunities to support marketing strategy and campaign planning. Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, campaign coordination, lead generation, CRM reporting, business intelligence, or related roles. Knowledge of Digital marketing and lead generation. Marketing campaign planning and performance measurement. CRM systems and lead tracking. Email marketing and marketing automation. Social media and content performance analysis. Website and landing page performance metrics. Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools. Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Power BI or data visualization tools. KPI monitoring and executive reporting. Basic budget tracking and campaign ROI analysis. Benefits: Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
