To assist in the accurate recording, tracking, capitalization, and reporting of capital expenditures (Capex) in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Review and verify Capexrelated invoices and supporting documentation. Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure correct cost allocation. Track projectwise Capex to identify assets ready for capitalization. Verify asset capitalization entries in the ERP system in line with company policy and Ind AS/IFRS requirements. Assist in tracking actual Capex spend against budgets. Highlight variances and assist in budget vs. actual reporting. Support statutory, internal, and tax audit requirements related to Capex and fixed assets.
