Senior Game Designer

About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and imaginative Senior Game Designer to join their innovative studio in Delhi . In this critical role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and refining gameplay mechanics, systems, and overall player experience for our upcoming titles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including artists, programmers, and producers to bring compelling game worlds to life. This is an on-site position where your creativity and expertise will directly shape the engaging and immersive experiences that define our games, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented studio environment. Key Responsibilities Design and document core game mechanics, player progression systems, and level layouts. Collaborate with the art and programming teams to ensure design vision is effectively implemented. Iterate on game designs based on playtesting feedback, analytics, and team input. Create detailed design specifications, flowcharts, and wireframes for new features. Champion the player experience, ensuring all design decisions contribute to engaging and fun gameplay. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in game design, with a proven portfolio of shipped titles. Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and monetization strategies. Proficiency in game design documentation tools and methodologies. Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is highly desirable. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
