Role Overview Hi Tours Groups is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive Europe Long Haul to support the growth of its Europe business. The role involves managing customer enquiries, converting leads into bookings, coordinating with clients and travel partners, and ensuring a seamless execution of travel services. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, sound knowledge of Europe travel products, and the ability to manage multiple bookings while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle assigned leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored travel solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals based on client requirements and budget.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa partners, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.Ensure timely processing of bookings, travel documentation, confirmations, vouchers, and other customer deliverables.Provide prompt follow-ups and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and travel lifecycle.Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and conversion targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Stay updated on Europe destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, seasonal offers, and market trends.Adhere to company SOPs, operational standards, and service quality guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.34 years of experience in outbound travel sales and operations, preferably handling Europe destinations.Experience in preparing customized FIT and Group itineraries and managing end-to-end customer interactions.Good understanding of Europe travel products, Schengen visa processes, and supplier coordination.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and travel booking platforms.Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. .
