Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Manager role based in Nanded. The International Sales Manager will lead and expand AgroBrights global sales operations, focusing on key markets such as the USA, Gulf countries, and other international territories. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new international clients, managing existing accounts, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating bulk supply orders for spices, dehydrated powders, and ready-to-use food products. The role involves developing market entry strategies, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international standards. The International Sales Manager will also represent AgroBright at trade shows and industry events, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and work to strengthen long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and food manufacturers. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in international sales, export business development, and account management within FMCG, food processing, or agro-based industries.Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for global market expansion.Proficiency in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and building long-term client relationships across diverse regions.Knowledge of export regulations, documentation, logistics, and quality standards relevant to food products and agro-commodities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Nanded and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting; additional language skills beyond English are a plus. .
