Territory Manager

Summary : The incumbent will be responsible for Business development (Strategic Partnerships, Direct Sales, Corporate / SME Relations etc) in Bengaluru and run as a profit centre.Job Description:- Design, discuss and implement the Sales Plan of the organization in Bengaluru.- Acquire new Retail, Group and Corporate accounts for the company.- Map the entire Corporate / Group / SME insurance schemes in the Territory.- Meet the insurance team and decision makers in various corporate houses and maintain relationship with them and address their insurance needs.- Recruit, Train and Manage Sales team and strategic partners / intermediaries (incl POS). Achieve business targets and drive the team to achieve the same.- Deliver on the premium and revenue targets given by the company.- Liase with Regional Office / Head office /insurance companies for quotes, policy issuance, claims etc- Responsible for developing the brand PolicyInn in the allotted Territory/ Region.- Preparation of Client proposals / letters & Client Presentations.- Liase with Head office for finance and operational issues.- Jobs assigned by the management from time to time.- Ensure the operations are running profitably and without any issues in the allotted Territory or Regions.Requirements:- Excellent Communication skills.- Experience in General Insurance Business Development.- Excellent market information and connects in Bengaluru.- Be updated about all relevant industry news, products and processes, related to insurance business- High level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales-oriented environment.Salary will be best in the industry with incentives. .
