Job Description Telecaller (Study Abroad) Organization: Taksheela Institute of Education (TIE) Location Kolkata / Remote Experience 13 Years (Study Abroad Industry Preferred) Employment Type Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with prior experience in the study abroad industry. The role involves engaging prospective students, qualifying leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Handle inbound enquiries and provide information on study abroad opportunities. Qualify leads based on academic profile, destination, and budget. Schedule counselling appointments and conduct regular follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status. Coordinate with counsellors to ensure a smooth student journey. Achieve daily calling and appointment targets. Desired Candidate Profile **13 years* of experience in tele calling for a Study Abroad Consultancy or Overseas Education industry.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage). Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
