Recovery Executive

Position: Recovery Executive Salary- As per company standard . Key Responsibilities: 1.Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs, rentals, and outstanding payments through calls and field visits (if required). 2.Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely collections. 3.Update daily recovery status, payment commitments, and collection reports. 4.Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, and Finance teams regarding pending recovery cases. 5.Resolve customer queries related to payments and repayment schedules. 6.Ensure recovery targets are achieved within the assigned timeline. 7.Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the reporting manager. 8.Maintain proper documentation and records of all recovery activities. 9.Follow company policies and legal guidelines while carrying out recovery activities. Eligibility: 1.Graduate in any discipline. 2.13 years of experience in collections/recovery (preferred). 3.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. 5.Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required. 6.Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
