Working Hours: 3 AM- 10 AM and 6 PM- 7 PM Working Days : Monday to Saturday CTC: upto 25K( Will be finalized post interview) Job Description Learn2Readis an EdTech startup in the online education delivery space which has grown multifold in the last few years. We are looking to redefine the traditional methods of education in India. We are a supercharged team of 200+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused on building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs. We strive to take the kids away from the rote learning method of education to meaningful learning, the type of learning that stays with the student for life. The Role We are looking for a smart individual to join the Learn2Read team. Someone who is agile has great attention to detail, thinks outside the box, and is a customer focussed. Some of the responsibilities include:- Getting an understanding of the teaching module provided by Learn2ReadResponsible for teacher-parent coordinationResponsible for setting up demo classes and regular batches.Responsible for making follow up calls for the payment.Taking parent requests and making sure that the queries are resolved to the parents satisfaction.Taking teacher and class feedback on a regular basisMaking sure that the classes are conducted in a timely and smooth manner.Requirements Must be a graduateMust have 1-2 years of experience working as an RM or customer support role.Strong command of the English languageCustomer-oriented, empathic listener and problem solver.Very good communication skillsMust possess good computer skills and should have exceptional excel knowledgeShould have a laptop and Wi-Fi connection.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashmentPaid time offProvident FundWork from homeWork Location: Remote .
