Client Servicing Lead, Scratch Content Scratch Content is a boutique corporate communication agency that partners with some of Indias leading enterprises to create sharp, thoughtful communication across digital and print. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Client Servicing Lead to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of clients, strategy and creativity. You will lead important client relationships, shape briefs, guide creative work and help ensure that projects we deliver are strategically sound and well executed. You could be a strong fit if you have around 6-8 years of relevant experience and: Communicate and write exceptionally well Can understand a business challenge and turn it into a clear creative brief Are confident working with brand guidelines Have a strong point of view on writing, design and video content Can manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects without losing sight of quality Enjoy taking ownership and helping both clients and teams do their best work We are a young, ambitious and collaborative team. Qualifications Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and develop a content team comprising writers and designers.Excellent client relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction, and issue resolution.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to present information, manage expectations, and collaborate across teams.Prior experience in client services, account management, or agency environments, particularly in content or creative industries, is highly advantageous.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines are important for success in this role. .
