Quantitative Development Manager, AVP Join us as a Quantitative Development Manager In this highly technical role, youll deliver software solutions to internal clients and systems Well look to you to design, develop, and maintain pricing and risk models to support trading and risk management areas Youll support the business to promote client focus throughout strategy, communications, and client engagement We're offering this role at associate vice president level What you'll do As a Quantitative Development Manager, youll design new and enhance existing model governance tools for front office model governance, delivering robust Python and C++ solutions that support model risk management reporting, ongoing model performance monitoring in both stress and non-stress conditions, and PnL or risk attribution. Working closely with Londonbased quants, trading desks, technology, and risk stakeholders, youll help develop and productionise analytics on our strategic platform, ensuring performance, robustness, and scalability. In addition to this, youll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining applications that generate insights into the performance of models in stress scenarios Developing and explaining risk measures, including curve and volatility sensitivities Contributing to the buildout and maintenance of strategic Python frameworks and libraries, and ensuring consistent analytics The skills you'll need Were looking for someone proficient with Python with hands on experience in C++, Git, and Bitbucket. Youll be familiar with linear and flow product pricing details as well as the knowledge of risk sensitivities and PnL attributions .
