Objective: Develop the Bangalore market by onboarding new hardware stores, plumbing & electrical dealers, builders, and contractors while ensuring consistent secondary sales growth and collections. Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development: Visit hardware and electrical stores daily. Identify and onboard new retailers. Develop relationships with builders, contractors, and electricians. Generate new enquiries and convert them into regular customers. Expand market coverage within assigned territory. 2. Sales Growth: Increase product penetration across existing customers. Promote the complete ITP product range, including: Electrical Conduits & Fittings Plumbing Pipes SWR Pipes Agricultural Pipes PVC Hoses PVC Adhesives 3. Customer Relationship: Maintain regular visits to existing customers. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with the dispatch team. Build long-term customer relationships. 4. Market Intelligence Track competitor pricing. Monitor new construction projects. Identify new builders and hardware markets. Report customer feedback and product opportunities. 5. Collections Follow up on outstanding payments. Coordinate with the accounts team for ledger confirmation.
