Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales: Drive gold loan growth, achieve monthly disbursement targets, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and conduct local marketing/field visits to acquire new customers. Operational Control: Oversee daily operations, including loan processing, cash management, and secure vault operations (gold appraisal and storage). Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal NBFC policies, manage audit requirements, and ensure accurate KYC documentation. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals. Portfolio Management: Monitor interest collections, reduce delinquencies, and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). Customer Relationship: Manage customer queries and grievances to ensure high levels of satisfaction Should have knowledge of gold testing expertise.
