PHP Lead - Laravel/React.js

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced PHP Lead with strong expertise in Laravel and ReactJS to lead development initiatives, handle production issues, and drive scalable web application development in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have prior Team Lead experience along with hands-on coding capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end development of web applications using PHP, Laravel, and ReactJS - Work on enhancements, new feature development, and new projects - Handle production support, bug fixing, and performance optimization - Design and develop RESTful APIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment - Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality standards - Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making Required Skills (Primary) : - 8+ years of experience in PHP development - Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (mandatory) - Good experience with ReactJS (mandatory) - Expertise in PHP 7.x / PHP 8.x - Strong knowledge of MySQL - Experience in REST API development Secondary Skills : - Experience with Symfony framework - Basic knowledge of Java / Angular (good to have) - Understanding of scalable architecture and design patterns Tools & Technologies : - Docker & Kubernetes (must have hands-on) - Git (version control) - CI/CD pipelines (good to have) Experience Required : - Minimum : 8+ years - Prior experience as Team Lead / Technical Lead is mandatory Candidate Profile : - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in production support & incident handling - Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment - Excellent communication and leadership skills .
