Systems enterprise public health client is seeking a REMOTE Senior Business Analyst / Report developer to perform technical analysis, manage UAT and user feedback for reports migration project - SOW20250912LC. 6 month contract + potential extension full time hours - 40 hours / week REMOTE - must work PST hours most days MUST HAVE SKILLS: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Developer or Business Analyst role. Strong, hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, specifically Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence, including report design and understanding complex data universes. Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups. Experience in coordinating UAT, managing user feedback, and supporting project communication efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams. NICE TO HAVE: Highly Desired: Experience with BOE Upgrade Projects, demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, including building reports, dashboards, and working with Power BI Service. Experience working in public sector or large, complex health care environments Familiarity with the Fraser Health environment Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) JOB DUTIES: The consultant will be accountable for the following: Report Analysis & Documentation: Systematically analyze the existing inventory of approximately 380 Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence reports to document current-state business logic, data sources, calculations, filters, and distribution schedules. Requirements Gathering: Work directly with the 120+ business users and stakeholders across clinical and corporate departments to validate and refine reporting requirements for the future-state Power BI reports. Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary bridge between non-technical business users and the Power BI development team, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Coordination & Validation: Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, gather feedback, and assist in tracking and prioritizing defects or change requests. Support & Training Documentation: Assist in the development of support materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate user transition and adoption of the new Power BI platform. Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with tracking report migration progress, providing status updates, and identifying risks or issues related to report functionality and user requirements.
