Essential Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Power Platform delivery role with a track record of owning solutions end-to-end. Hands-on Copilot Studio experience agent and topic configuration, integrations, and knowledge source setup. Hands-on Power Automate experience cloud flows, connector setup, approvals, error handling, and enterprise integrations. Experience deploying solutions via Microsoft Teams apps or as Teams-integrated bots. Ability to produce solution architecture artefacts: data flow diagrams, component designs, and integration maps. Strong requirements elicitation: workshops, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria definition. Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across multiple business functions simultaneously. Proficiency with Azure DevOps or JIRA; fluent in Agile/Scrum delivery. Desirable Broader Power Platform exposure: Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse. Familiarity with Azure AI services AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence. Experience integrating Power Platform with ERP systems (SAP, D365) or ITSM platforms (ServiceNow). Microsoft Power Platform certification advantageous .
