The ideal candidate will combine hands-on sales leadership with strong team management skills, ensuring the team consistently hits targets while maintaining high standards of client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of International Sales Representatives handling outbound B2B sales. Drive team performance to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets. Monitor individual and team KPIscall quality, lead conversion rate, deal closures, and account retention. Conduct regular training, call audits, and coaching sessions to improve the team's sales pitch, negotiation, and closing skills. Own escalations and support the team in closing high-value or complex international deals. Build and maintain relationships with key overseas dealers, distributors, and strategic accounts. Collaborate with leadership on target setting, incentive structuring, and performance reviews. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine team strategy. Ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and internal departments (operations, logistics, customer support) for order processing and delivery. Manage team attendance, discipline, and adherence to night-shift working hours. Report team performance, pipeline status, and market insights directly to MD. Requirements: 810 years of experience in international B2B sales, with at least 23 years in a team-leading/management capacity (5+ years of strong individual + some leadership experience will also be considered). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an international/outbound sales environment. Strong communication skills (spoken and written English) with confidence engaging overseas clients. Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales teamtraining, coaching, and performance management. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable and available to work night shift (7 PM 4 AM) to align with UK/US/Europe time zones. Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading under performance pressure. Eligibility: Any Graduate. Prior experience in mobile phone sales, IT hardware, or B2B export/distributor sales will be an added advantage. Work Environment: Office-based role in Delhi. Night shift role (7 PM 4 AM) aligned with international market hours. Fast-paced, target-driven environment with direct reporting to senior leadership. .
