Job Summary DLabs Diagnostics Centre is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Radiographer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnostic and occupational health services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Digital X-Ray, TMT (Treadmill Test), ECG, Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), and Audiometry, and be capable of independently managing the Radiology Division, ensuring efficient operations, quality compliance, and excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Division.Ensure smooth workflow, patient scheduling, and coordination within the department.Perform Digital X-Ray examinations in accordance with prescribed protocols and radiation safety guidelines.Conduct Treadmill Tests (TMT) under physician supervision and monitor patients throughout the procedure.Perform Electrocardiograms (ECG) accurately and ensure proper documentation.Conduct Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of the equipment.Perform Audiometry tests as per occupational health standards.Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety.Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and departmental documentation.Ensure routine quality checks, preventive maintenance, and calibration of all radiology and diagnostic equipment.Ensure compliance with AERB, NABL, NABH, radiation safety, infection control, and organizational quality standards.Coordinate effectively with doctors, laboratory personnel, nursing staff, and administration for seamless patient care.Assist in planning and executing onsite corporate medical camps and occupational health screening programs.Train, supervise, and guide junior staff whenever required.Monitor departmental inventory and coordinate the procurement of consumables and equipment servicing.Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography/Medical Imaging Technology or an equivalent recognized qualification.Valid registration with the appropriate statutory authority (where applicable).Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:Digital X-RayTMTECGPulmonary Function Test (PFT)AudiometryRequired Skills Strong leadership and departmental management skills.Sound knowledge of radiographic techniques and radiation safety.Ability to independently manage the Radiology Division and ensure operational efficiency.Experience in handling diagnostic equipment with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in occupational health and pre-employment medical examinations.Proven ability to lead and manage a radiology department independently.Flexible to travel for onsite corporate medical camps when required.Immediate joiners will be given preference.Compensation: 13,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
