As we expand our retail presence across Delhi NCR, we're looking for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and expand retail presence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), cafs, premium grocery stores, and HORECA. Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distribution partners. Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners. Ensure excellent product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability across assigned outlets. Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfilment and replenishment. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Collect retailer feedback and provide actionable market insights to the management team. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer visits and orders. Requirements - 1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry. Prior experience in beverages, packaged foods, or consumer goods will be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR retail market and distributor network is an advantage. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
