Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, HR, or a related discipline. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools is preferred. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
